Bespoke crutches and walking sticks
For all bespoke orders (UK and international), the last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Friday 4th December.
Our design studio is closed from 23rd December to 4th January, so bespoke orders placed in that time will be ready to ship from Tuesday 12th January.

We offer FREE delivery on all our personalised products over £100, however due to their bespoke nature take between 7-10 working days from order to delivery. Please note, personalised orders are non refundable.
International Delivery
We are dedicated to ensuring smooth and speedy international delivery, please be aware charges and estimated delivery times will differ depending on exact locations & addresses. All local charges and customs are calculated at checkout and paid with your order. This means no additional charges will be due on delivery.
Please note if a refusal of delivery is made, the refunded amount upon receipt of the returned goods will deduct the total amount charged for original shipping plus any return shipping charges too.
Please also note international orders are not eligible for returns. Should you have an issue with your order when it is delivered we will endeavour to replace / refund as fast as possible.

Did as much research as possible for a new set of crutches. Cool crutches were always very high on the list so I went with the black carbon fibre option.Being from Australia they are far better than anything I could source here.Review based off first month of use.

I am an above knee amputee and have been using crutches non stop for the past 32 years.If I could put my old grip onto these,it would easily be a 10/10.
I ordered my extra wide cuff and cover, it came super quick and my husband fitted it for me. Changing the cuff was not easy for me, as I have grip weakness, but hubby did it easily. I get so many compliments on my crutch...worth every penny. I get De Quarvains flare ups with other crutches and sticks, but not with my beautiful Cool Crutch! I can't recommend them enough...from customer service, ease of ordering and the whole company is marvellous 😀

I ordered a single cuff bundle but recieved 2 wide cuffs and no cover. messaged the team and relpacement cover and returns lable for the extra cuff straightaway. exellent customer service and the cuff is great too.

I had been using a pair of NHS crutches after my EDS symptoms became too much for me to get by with just a cane. I had constant bruises on my hands from the pressure on the hard handles, and the arm cuffs were much too small for my (generous) arms. I purchased the extra padding and the larger cuffs, and I am so glad that I did. the bruising has healed and the cuffs are much more comfortable. I did have trouble watching the how-to videos on the website. I had to try three different browsers before they would play. May I suggest uploading the videos to a dedicated YouTube channel?
Bought a larger cuff to use with my padded winter coat and bought it as a bundle (which was a great price), may be a little too big for ne personally but better than struggling to put my arm in with a really padded coat sleeve with the standard one. The cover is definitely a great addition.
The team at CC have gone above and beyond again! I placed a multiple order for the larger cuffs and covers but as I only use one crutch (which they could see from my previous orders), they phoned me to make sure I’d selected the right qty. They also explained the orders would arrive separately due to some stock issues but both orders arrived on the same day so I was genuinely happy with the products.
They make such a difference when im wearing my big winter coats, no more bunching up/ no more squeezing and pulling my coats through both arm cuffs.
Definitely recommend if you’re on the larger size or wear big coats!!

I have been using NRS crutches for years and always felt uncomfortable and very sore, especially if I had to rely on them for more hours than usual. Only wish I had come across Cool Crutches sooner! Fabulous choice of designs, extremely comfortable and well made, and first class service. Can’t recommend them highly enough (and the torch is a game changer!)

Great to use over winter coats and I also use just the covers on my smaller cuffs.
As a bigger person the normal crutch cuffs nipped me so I bought these and they so comfortable. The bundle is great value for money too
I brought this as torn my Achilles tendons, the NHS ones were heavy and causing blisters. I saw these and ordered a pair in purple there is light and comfortable with the ergonomic hand grips made my life so much easier the only issue was the arm cuffs which were tight for my fat arms but I ordered the extra wide one which were so easy to fit and I’m even more happier with them now. Would I recommend Cool Crutches I sure would to any one using crutches long term

These large cuffs honestly make these the perfect crutches, no more catching my sleeves on the cuffs, I can get my thickest jacket on without any problems. I definitely recommend them especially for thicker clothes in winter.

VAT exemption means you don't pay the standard 20% VAT on the price of mobility aids. VAT relief is available on our crutches and walking sticks when they are for someone using them long term. Not sure if you qualify? Take the test.
All of our adult walking sticks and crutches are suitable for heights between 4"10 and 6"4 and have a maximum user weight limit of 150kg. Please note our children's crutches have a max user height of 4"7 and weight limit of 100kg.
